RSVP Advisory Council
The RSVP Advisory Council, made up of community members and agency leaders, provides advice and support for the planning and development of the Volunteer Center of Brown County’s Retired/Senior Volunteer Program.

RSVP is a federally funded grant program administered by the Corporation for National and Community Service. Established in 1971 and now one of the largest senior volunteer organizations in the nation, RSVP engages more than 208,000 people age 55 and older in a diverse range of volunteer activities across the country.
RSVP staff members provide personalized assistance to match the volunteers’ interests, talents, and available time to current opportunities within their community. We currently have volunteers placed at 34 volunteer stations. Click here to see a list. While receiving assistance with selection of volunteer opportunities, the RSVP program can also:

Did You Know?
In 2018, RSVP volunteers contributed
32,426 hours
to non-profits in
our community, and volunteers ages 70-79 contributed the most toward this statistic (11,370 hours)!
