RSVP is a federally funded grant program administered by the Corporation for National and Community Service. Established in 1971 and now one of the largest senior volunteer organizations in the nation, RSVP engages more than 208,000 people age 55 and older in a diverse range of volunteer activities across the country.

RSVP staff members provide personalized assistance to match the volunteers’ interests, talents, and available time to current opportunities within their community. We currently have volunteers placed at 34 volunteer stations. Click here to see a list. While receiving assistance with selection of volunteer opportunities, the RSVP program can also:

  • Help you maintain and build social connections

  • Provide opportunities for you to develop new skills and knowledge

  • Allow you to keep using skills you developed over a lifetime

  • Guide you to volunteer opportunities that have high impacts in the community

  • Assist you with the transition into retirement
